Brief Roles and Responsibilities: The APM will be tasked with directing and coordinating the construction team and all subcontractors, ensuring tools, equipment, and material are available, preparing reports, negotiating contracts, and analyzing risks.

Job Purpose:We are looking for a self-assured, reliable Assistant Project Manager-Construction (APM) to assist Project Manager with the construction management of the ongoing projects at Hoodi, Bengaluru. The APM will be tasked with directing and coordinating the construction team and all subcontractors, ensuring tools, equipment, and material are available, preparing reports, negotiating contracts, and analyzing risks. You should be able to work well within a team and liaise with external vendors on a need basis.
To be successful as an APM, you should have in-depth knowledge of construction management and be familiar with health and safety regulations. A top candidate should have an analytical mind, superb organizational skills, and good negotiation strategies.

Experience:• 8 - 12 years of experience.

Education:• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar. Relevant certification may be required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Negotiating the best contracts to ensure maximum profitability.
2. Determining the necessary resources (time, cost, labor, materials) for each project.
3. Costing and Estimation• Budgeting• Hiring staff• Providing guidance and supervision as required.
4. Assessing the progress and performance of all workers involved.
5. Performing detailed analyses and drawing up reports for relevant stakeholders.
6. Ensuring compliance with all building, safety, and governmental regulations.
